The architecture of the Anhui Art Museum features a white steel frame as its main structure, combining regional culture with modern architectural language. It blends the spirit of mountains and rivers with the atmosphere of a scroll painting, reconstructing the spatial form of Huizhou architecture while encapsulating the soul and essence of Anhui culture. The museum is equipped with various supporting facilities, including an art storage room, auditorium, art classrooms, reading spaces, cultural and creative shops, art study rooms, and a cinema.
As of May 2023, the Anhui Art Museum holds more than 2,300 works by renowned artists.
